Ali: From Atlas Mountains to Travel Designer
Ali's journey from working as a mule driver in the Atlas Mountains to becoming a skilled Travel Designer exemplifies how our community empowerment initiatives create meaningful opportunities for talented local youth. After completing his English studies, Ali found limited job prospects until joining our training program.
"After a year of training and field work with travelers to know the country well, I became a travel expert designing amazing itineraries. This has helped me support my family and also those in need when I return to my home village in the Atlas Mountains."

With his profound understanding of Moroccan heritage and commitment to responsible tourism, he artfully weaves together experiences that honor traditions while creating meaningful opportunities for local communities.
As our newly appointed Sustainable Travel Coordinator, Mohamed oversees the implementation of our sustainability framework across all Moroccan experiences, balancing cultural preservation with transformative journeys.
