Once you’re delighted with the details, a 30% deposit will confirm your booking. We’ll finalize your reservations and send you a detailed itinerary. The remaining balance will be due 45 days before departure. Then, you can simply start looking forward to your adventure!

We aim to make cancellations as straightforward as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee.
• 15-29 days before departure: 70% refund.
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

In case of unexpected events (like natural disasters), we’ll do our best to offer flexible solutions.

You can postpone your trip at no additional cost (except for any extra services). We’ll hold your payment until you’re ready to travel. Refunds will be processed within 20 days of your cancellation request.
